Ripple is the product of  linebreeding and came from a stunning litter of 10 puppies all with show quality ridges.

From Ripple’s 3 lovely litters, 2 offspring from each litter were shown and achieved their Australian Champion titles with ease amongst strong competition.  With these 6 in Australia, Ripple was awarded the status & honour of Register of Merit after her name by the National Rhodesian Ridgeback Council.

Ripple produced her third litter on 8th June 2011 and once again she has 6 girls and 3 boys all with stunning ridges.  The sire of this litter is the handsome Ch. Caprivi By Copyright (AI)  – this is a linebred litter.  With the stunning good looks, angles  and super movement of both parents, these youngsters are bound to be showstoppers!

Ripple had her first litter on Wednesday 25th June 08.  Ripple had 9 gorgeous babies, 6 girls and 3 boys.  Sadly a baby girl was born 24hrs after the rest of her brothers and sisters, she could not be revived.   The sire of the litter was Rex Ventors Ridishia Maverick (Imp Sweden).   This was also Maverick’s first litter and his mother, the stunning Multi Champion Rex Ventors Helinn is also very proud of her first batch of grand-children.  From this litter I kept my stunning Splash.

Ripple’s second litter was born 20th August, 2009.  This litter was using frozen semen from Scout – Multi Ch. Ukukhanya Scout The Red Baron (Imp USA) who was bred in the USA, lived in Norway with his owner Mr. John Berg and his pedigree is predominantly South African.  Scout is unfortunately now deceased after complications arising from a snake bite, so we are extremely grateful to have had his semen in storage to be able to use this valuable stunning liver nose dog in our breeding programme.  Ripple again had 9 beautiful babies,  6 boys and 3 girls.  From this litter I kept a very elegant girl – Rush.

Ripple is a fabulous mother and very much enjoys having Splash & Rush around the house.  Ripple has many friends outside of the Ridgeback community but her two best ones are also “Golly and Gosh” who are very cute PBGV (Petite Basset Griffon Vendeen).  She loves to play with them in the forest or down at Golly and Gosh’s mum and dad’s land at Inman Valley (near Victor Harbor).

Ripple retired from the show ring for maternal duties – she also hated being shown and would much rather be running on the beach or lazing at home !  Ripple is a pleasure to live with and has the most gorgeous nature.
